At the beginning of December, Codento had the pleasure of co-organizing The Fast Track to AI Advantage together with Google Cloud and Aiven at Google Finland. The event brought together leaders across business, data, and technology to explore how AI can deliver real value right now.
The program featured insights from Daniel Kirk, Anthony Gyursanszky, Topi Manu, Dmitry Kan, Matthew Wooller, Janne Koskinen, and Niina Huhtala, offering a wide range of viewpoints on AI’s opportunities.
Our Senior Data and AI Strategist Matthew Wooller presented Codento’s AI Agent Launchpad and demonstrated how organizations can move from an AI blueprint to a production-ready agent in weeks.
Throughout the morning, we explored how agentic AI workflows powered by Google Gemini Enterprise open new strategic possibilities, how Aiven strengthens the data backbone needed for scalable AI, and how Codento’s AI Agent Launchpad supports organizations in moving quickly yet safely toward production.
In December, we published a new Decoding the Consultant Life blog, where Codento’s Talent Acquisition Lead Perttu Pakkanen sat down with Data Scientist Miska Rissanen to discuss his work with Saka, a nationwide used car retail chain. With thousands of cars in circulation across 30+ locations, optimizing logistics brings clear business value.

One of the most rewarding parts for Miska was the extensive data exploration and feature engineering, working with a large and rich data warehouse to build a tailored solution. The most challenging aspect? Aggregating a holistic view from the intrinsically random process of car sales, while shaping one of the client’s first larger AI use cases.
Through the project, he gained practical experience with Google Cloud and Vertex AI components such as model registries and pipelines. His summary says it all:
đź’ˇ “From a Data Scientist’s perspective, this project was executed correctly right from the start, and in a modern cloud native approach on Google Cloud.”
Mid-December took us to Stockholm for the Google Nordic Partner Event, where we wrapped up a year of strong collaboration across the Nordic region. Codento was recognized as All-Star Partner of the Year in Finland, a meaningful acknowledgment of the partnership we’ve built together.
It was also great to see Codento customer examples featured in Google’s Nordic AI report, showcasing how AI is already creating real-world impact across the region. A warm thank you to the Google teams across the Nordics for the collaboration, shared momentum, and continued trust.
