Codento, a fast-growing Nordic Google Cloud service partner headquartered in Helsinki, acquires Intelligence AS, an Oslo-based data and business analytics consultancy. Codento aims to be the leading Google Cloud services partner in the Nordics with current offices in Helsinki, Stockholm and Oslo. This acquisition is a demonstration of Codento’s growth strategy, announced in autumn 2024 together with a new investor and majority owner Saari Partners.
This integration immediately expands Codento’s geographic footprint, enhancing their expertise in the high-growth domains of AI and data analytics in the Norwegian market, and strengthens Codento’s position as a critical engine for Google Cloud’s expansion across the Nordics.
Intelligence AS is known in the Norwegian market for its innovative approach to data-driven decision-making.
