Codento, a Leading Google Cloud Partner in the Nordics, acquires Data Edge in Stockholm
HELSINKI, Finland – April 27, 2026: Fast-growing Google Cloud consultancy Codento has acquired Stockholm-based Data Edge AB, a specialist in AI, data analytics and advanced data-driven solutions. The acquisition further strengthens Codento’s geographic footprint in Sweden and enhances its unique capability to support leading enterprises across Sweden and the Nordics in adopting Google Cloud technologies and accelerating their AI transformation. Codento’s ambition is to provide Nordic enterprises with even stronger support in turning AI into tangible business outcomes.
The integration of Data Edge into Codento marks the next step in Codento’s ambitious growth strategy to become a leading Google Cloud services partner across the Nordics. Following the acquisition, Codento will employ approximately 75 consultants focused on Google Cloud. In November 2025, Codento also acquired an Oslo-based Intelligence AS.
