I have 30 years of experience in the intersection of finance, processes, technology, and strategy. I am passionate about helping organizations succeed with digital transformation and about turning data into valuable insights that enable better decision-making. Since early 2000 I have worked on a large number of ERP, CRM, Business Analytics, and process-related projects, successfully delivering numerous initiatives together with my customers. Through experience, I have has developed strong expertise in leadership, requirements analysis, process optimization, workshop facilitation, insight development, and problem-solving — as well as in establishing solid decision-making foundations for my clients. As a person, I am structured and solution-oriented in his work and highly focused on understanding the customer’s actual needs before developing solution proposals, business cases, and decision support. My strong collaboration and communication skills and believes that dialogue and stakeholder involvement are key to achieving successful and sustainable long-term solutions.
