What was the challenge?
A healthcare software startup in the digital therapeutics field was looking for guidance and consulting in setting up the development practice and cloud architecture for application development for the upcoming years.
The objective was to create a rough architecture description for software development for the future, analyze the current software development skills, define a plan for software development processes, and understand the benefits and risks of each alternative.
Also a comparison and fit of public cloud alternatives: Google Cloud, AWS and Azure was needed.
