Our solution
Together with the customer, Codento organized three different series of workshops (ICT architecture, data security and application development). During the workshops, Codento documented the current state as well as the requirements for the target state. Based on the collected information, Codento cloud architects wrote the first drafts of the documentation. The documents were presented in the workshops, and feedback and change requests were collected.
Codento’s services included the architectural design and planning of needed services. Two experienced cloud architects were nominated from Codento. In addition, a couple of Google Finland employees participated in the workshops.
Why Codento?
Codento was selected because of our vision of the required architecture and proposed approach to deliver the plan in a condensed time frame. In addition, the customer valued our solid co-operation with Google Finland.
What were the results?
Codento provided the cloud implementation plans in agreed schedule and within project budget.
