Codento onboarded Hion Digital’s leadership onto Claude Cowork
In three weeks, Codento onboarded Hion Digital’s leadership onto Claude Cowork connected to Google Drive, Pipedrive, Agileday and Slack. Sales KPIs and CFO reporting now come straight from live company data, with weekly KPI preparation cut from about four hours to under 20 minutes as measured by Hion Digital.
Problem statement
Hion Digital, a Helsinki agency for intelligent digital services, ran its leadership reporting by hand across separate systems. Sales pipeline data sat in Pipedrive, people and project allocations in Agileday, documents and financial material in Google Drive, and day-to-day discussion in Slack. A sales KPI view or a CFO question meant exporting and reconciling figures from each system first. Leadership spent hours each week assembling numbers before it could discuss them, and the figures were already days old when they reached the meeting.
Codento delivered phase 1 of its Claude onboarding, the Cowork Launch package for business teams. It set up Hion Digital’s Claude Cowork environment and connected it to the systems the company already runs: Google Drive, Pipedrive CRM, Agileday through its MCP server for delivery and resource management, and Slack. Codento ran working sessions on real tasks with the leadership team, wrote down usage boundaries and conventions, trained internal champions, and captured a baseline before go-live. The engagement closed the onboarding readiness categories in Codento’s 31-topic checklist that are in scope for business teams: environment and deployment, enablement, governance and administration, and security posture.
Use cases in production:
- Leadership sales KPIs: Claude reads the live Pipedrive pipeline together with Agileday allocations to produce sales KPI views (pipeline, order intake, win rate, utilisation) for leadership, with no manual export.
- CFO support: Claude reads financial material in Google Drive alongside Agileday project financials to prepare reporting packs, variance explanations and answers to ad-hoc finance questions.
- Slack: Outputs and alerts are shared in the leadership channels where the team already works.
Results
- Time to live: from signed licences to measured daily use in 3 weeks.
- Sales KPIs: weekly leadership KPI pack prepared in under 20 minutes, down from about 4 hours of manual exports and reconciliation, roughly 90% less effort.
- CFO support: monthly reporting pack prepared in about half a day, down from about 2 days. Ad-hoc finance questions answered in minutes instead of a next-day turnaround.
- Adoption: all leadership and finance users active weekly 4 weeks after go-live.
- Coverage: 4 business systems connected (Google Drive, Pipedrive, Agileday, Slack) and 3 recurring reports now produced in Claude: weekly sales KPIs, monthly CFO pack and pipeline review.
- Before: KPIs and finance answers assembled by hand from separate systems. After: produced on demand from live data, with every figure traced to its source system.
Figures are from Hion Digital’s own before-and-after measurement, taken during onboarding and confirmed by Hion’s leadership.
Customer quote
“Our leadership used to spend hours every week collecting numbers from Pipedrive, Agileday and our drive before we could even discuss them. Codento had Claude connected to the systems we already use within three weeks. Now the sales KPIs and finance answers are ready when we need them, and our time goes into the decisions.”
